These terms govern your use of ABYLAY. ABYLAY is a research workflow tool for comparing exact catalog items, verified public prices, publication evidence, lab outcomes, restock needs, and grant budget context.

Use of ABYLAY

You may use ABYLAY to support research product decisions inside your lab. You are responsible for the information you enter and for making final purchasing, safety, scientific, and compliance decisions outside ABYLAY.

ABYLAY is not a procurement system, not a supplier, not a medical device, and not a substitute for institutional purchasing, safety, finance, legal, or research compliance review.

Accounts

Access may require an eligible academic email address and a one-time login code. Do not share access with people who should not have access to your lab workspace. ABYLAY will never ask for your university password.

Data accuracy

ABYLAY aims to show verified source-labeled data and clear empty states. However, product information, prices, availability, publications, and lab records can be incomplete or outdated. Always verify important information with the original source before ordering or relying on it.

A publication linked to a catalog number does not mean the product worked. A lab outcome is a separate record and should be interpreted in its experimental context.

Lab content

You should only add lab notes, outcomes, restock requests, budget information, and other content that you have permission to store in ABYLAY. Do not upload confidential third-party data, regulated personal data, or sensitive institutional information unless your lab and institution allow it.

Prohibited use

Do not use ABYLAY to break laws, violate supplier terms, scrape websites in ways that are not allowed, attack the service, bypass access controls, expose another lab's private data, or submit false product, price, publication, budget, or lab outcome information.

No fake evidence

ABYLAY does not permit fake prices, fake reviews, fake user counts, fake success rates, fake citations, or AI-invented results. Financial arithmetic must be deterministic and source data must remain traceable.

Service changes

ABYLAY is an early product and may change, pause, remove, or limit features as the product develops. We will try to avoid breaking active lab workflows without notice when practical.
